​At this time, in order to support Florida Board procedures and legal processes, we are not providing access to the complaint or individual statements that were filed.  Instead, we are providing examples of allegations reported in the complaint or attached individual statements against Jon Connelly. The women who filed the complaint were either clients or trainees, or both, at the time of the alleged events. This list is not inclusive, but just a sampling of the types of allegations reported. Many other women have come forward in response to the group complaint and petition and have informed us they, too, will be filing complaints against Jon Connelly.

• Sexual relationship with a 22 year old client soon after their session, insisting she tell no one

• Invited multiple women to have “deeper healing” experiences at his private home or in hotel rooms; including deep trance, sometimes with amnesia, and unwanted and disturbing touch in areas like belly and side of breasts

• Took photos of a topless woman who woke in his bed confused and no memory as to how she got there in that state, when she was a guest in his home and was there for healing sessions

• Requests for nude photos and continuing to try to persuade after the woman said no

• Physical violence; suffocating a woman to the point that she feared for her life

• Attempting hypnotic orgasms with women who did not consent or seek that outcome

• Causing trance state after hours of trainings without asking permission; leaving them feeling disoriented and disturbed, and some had to seek treatment after to clear the negative impact

As you can see, the allegations listed above go well beyond the off-color remarks, flirting, sexual innuendos, etc., that we dare say, everyone has witnessed or experienced.  Those do appear in the complaint but, though we have all been troubled by them, our decision to file the complaint was based on much more.
